Safe in Denver

Thank you all for your prayers as we flew from Portland to Denver today. Everything went well and we are settled in Denver at the home of some family friends. They have made us feel very welcome and at home.

The day started at 5:30 am with both babies screaming. They soon fell asleep again so we could get up at 6 am to finish final preparations. We had at least 8 inches of snow on the ground, and the roads were covered with packed snow and ice. Dad had put chains on our van last night, so we had no problem getting to the airport.

It was a little hectic getting the two babies, stroller, diaper bags, car seats, carry ons, and laptop through security, but Linda and the officers were very helpful. Titus enjoyed walking (a new skill he has learned recently) around the terminal. Both boys did very well on the flight, with no complaints about ears hurting. They both took naps before we arrived in Denver.

The man we are staying with, Vitaliy, met us at the airport with his daughter Katie and her fiancé Dimitry. They all have been very helpful, giving up their own bedrooms and a vehicle for us while we are here. This is a huge blessing.

Titus has been itchy throughout the day, but all of the distractions helped a lot. We are anxious to get to NJH tomorrow. Please continue to pray with us that God would use the doctors to help Titus and get him some relief from his eczema.

Thank you all for your prayers and support.
